An urban development master plan located in Rancho Menchaca, Querétaro — conceived to drive a new strategic growth hub around the city’s Intercontinental Airport.
The project stems from a comprehensive analysis of the regulatory, ecological, and socioeconomic context, including urban compatibility studies, forest characterization, aerial drone surveys, and diagnostics of existing infrastructure in the area.
With a predominantly young population and expanding urban infrastructure, the plan proposes an orderly and functional development integrating diverse housing types, commercial zones, healthcare and educational services, as well as recreational areas.
The urban proposal is supported by a carefully designed volumetric configuration that adapts to the site’s topography and promotes harmony among land uses. Querétaro Airport City embodies a modern, intelligent vision of urban growth — connected to one of the country’s key logistics centers and focused on delivering quality of life, connectivity, and investment opportunities.
