The project stems from a comprehensive analysis of the regulatory, ecological, and socioeconomic context, including urban compatibility studies, forest characterization, aerial drone surveys, and diagnostics of existing infrastructure in the area.
With a predominantly young population and expanding urban infrastructure, the plan proposes an orderly and functional development integrating diverse housing types, commercial zones, healthcare and educational services, as well as recreational areas.
The urban proposal is supported by a carefully designed volumetric configuration that adapts to the site’s topography and promotes harmony among land uses.
